He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Strathclyde International College, and is also the Chairman of the Board of Mirage Holding Group, a diversified business group operating across the Arab world and in Melbourne, Australia. He holds a Doctorate in International Law from the Graduate Institute Geneva in Switzerland, and is a graduate of the University of Saint Petersburg in Russia, reflecting a strong and distinguished academic foundation in international legal studies. He is recognised as a prominent leader in education, investment, and institutional development, with a professional track record that combines legal expertise, arbitration leadership, and executive management across regional and international levels.
Dr. Mohammed AlBanna
Executive Director for Academic Development & Strategic Partnerships
Dr. Mohammed AlBanna serves as Executive Director for Academic Development & Strategic Partnerships, leading institutional growth, academic enhancement, and external collaborations. He is responsible for developing and refining training programmes, overseeing academic quality, and establishing strategic partnerships with regional and international organisations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Bahrain and is a Certified Islamic Professional Accountant (CIPA) accredited by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI). He also holds an Executive Master’s degree in Islamic Banking, a Professional Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Strathclyde International College (UK), and a Professional Doctorate in Business Administration specialising in Transformational Training from Clermont Business School. Dr. AlBanna is a member of the Arab Trainers Union and the Global Trainers Federation. He works as a consultant in soft skills, life skills, personal empowerment, and human relations, and has delivered executive training programmes for leading organisations including SABIC, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the Royal Court of Saudi Arabia, and the Association of Private Iraqi Banks. His training portfolio includes emotional intelligence, stress management, leadership under pressure, strategic management, advanced secretarial skills, Training of Trainers (TOT), change management, organisational behaviour, workplace well-being, communication and interpersonal skills, personal empowerment, and institutional development.
Professor Joseph Al Mouallem

Professor Joseph Al Mouallem is a distinguished academic leader and Professor of English Language and Linguistics, currently serving at the Lebanese University. With over a decade of experience as a Professor at the University of Balamand in Lebanon, he has built a strong reputation in higher education, academic leadership, and curriculum development. He specialises in English language studies and academic administration, with a proven track record in leading academic departments and enhancing educational quality. He currently serves as the Head of the Languages Department at Strathclyde International College, where he contributes to advancing linguistic excellence and strengthening academic standards. Professor Al Mouallem is widely recognised for his innovative teaching approach, scholarly contributions, and dedication to academic development. His extensive experience across leading Lebanese universities positions him as a key figure in language education and institutional academic leadership.
Dr. Ola Nasser
Head of Psychology Department
Dr. Ola Nasser holds a PhD in Psychology with distinction from the University of Damascus. She previously served as a faculty member in the Department of Psychological Counselling at the Faculty of Education, University of Damascus. As Head of the Psychology Department at Strathclyde International College, she provides academic leadership and contributes to the development of high-quality psychology education and training. Dr. Nasser is an active researcher with numerous publications in national, regional, and international academic journals. She is also the author of Guiding Children and Their Parents and has participated in professional conferences, healthcare seminars, and scholarly initiatives in collaboration with health and educational institutions.

Head of Paediatric Neurodevelopmental Disorders Department Neurodevelopmental & Developmental Disorders Specialist Specialist in neurodevelopmental disorders and developmental conditions, with a focus on paediatric neurological disorders and neurodevelopmental interventions in children. Diploma in Paediatrics – Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI), Dublin Level 5 Qualification in Child Psychology and Psychiatry – South London College Member of the British Academy of Childhood Disability (BACD) and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH).
